CVAD Room & Resource Reservations

Current CVAD Members

Currently-enrolled students, and faculty or staff members of the College of Visual Arts and Design must use this web-based system to reserve a room/resource in CVAD.

Non-CVAD Members

Conference/meeting room reservations made through this system by non-CVAD students, and faculty, or staff members will be canceled. All other conference/meeting room reservations are subject to cancellation, with notification, due to scheduling conflicts or college needs as determined by the dean.

Reservation System Instructions

For help on how to utilize the CVAD Room and Critique Space Reservation system, click here. Once a reservation request form is submitted, the requester will receive an email notification with information on how to proceed. Reservation cancellations must be done through the link provided in the confirmation email.
